Order Processing Times

Orders placed during daytime hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM Central Time) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after business hours will ship on the next business day.
Processing times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to inventory availability.


Standard Shipping

SteinAir’s standard shipping method is UPS Ground.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (UPS Ground): 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Domestic: 1–2 business days

For all orders over $1,000, we automatically select Signature Required for added security.


Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited and express shipping options for an additional fee.
Our daily UPS pickup occurs between 4:00–4:30 PM Central Time. Orders placed close to or after this window will generally ship the next business day.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. You will see the exact cost before completing your order.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs charges, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost charged at checkout.

  • Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on destination and carrier, typically 7–21 business days.

  • If your country requires a VAT number, Tax ID, or similar identification for customs processing, please include it in the “Customer Notes” section at checkout. This helps ensure a smoother and more timely customs clearance.

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Occasionally, items may be backordered due to limited stock or supply chain delays.
