SHIPPING INFORMATION Standard Shipping - Standard Shipping used by SteinAir is UPS ground. If you do not want your package shipped UPS ground (for international orders or such) we may use alternative methods. Expedited Shipping - SteinAir will be glad to expedite your orders and ship them via express shipping should you desire for a small expedite fee. Simply call or email us with your request. INTERNATIONAL NOTICE - Current shipping charges are for US domestic shipping. Customers in other countries outside the US will incur an extra charge for shipping, but will only be charged actual shipping. You will be contacted to verify your preferred method of shipping, at which point you'll receive an invoice for the additional expense. ITEMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY UNTIL ADDITIONAL SHIPPING PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY STEINAIR. ALSO TO NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS WILL NOW BE CHARGED A $20 HANDLING FEE DUE TO THE EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF PAPERWORK REQUIRED FOR SHIPPING. Handling Fees. - SteinAir does not normally charge any "handling" fees unless there are extremely unusual circumstances (complex international transactions). Note: YOU WILL incur a $5.00 handling charge if you request something like a $.17 fuse to be shipped next day air.
